If you are doing virtual events, you need to consider the time zones of your (potential) online, remote audience.
When you share details of your upcoming events try to include the start and end times for various time zones e.g., EDT, GMT, IST, etc., to make it easy for remote audiences to know when to join in.
If you are scheduling social media posts in advance then you will need to select a time zone from which the posts will be sent. If your business has a physical location and it is open during specific hours, then the time zone that your business operates in may make the most sense. This will help ensure that your posts have the best chance of being seen.
However, if your business does not have a physical location or is open 24-hours, then you may want to choose the time zone of your largest audience or your head office.
So, you need to determine where the largest part of your audience is located. Or, in which time zone is the audience you want to attract.
