Incentives are an effective way to get people excited about attending your event. They can be used in a variety of ways.
The key to successfully incentivizing potential attendees is to set realistic goals that will encourage people to take action and register, but also make them feel special when they do so. They can be useful as part of your event marketing strategy and should be something that gives value to your potential audience.
Giveaways: giveaways are a great tool for getting people interested in an event and coming out to support it, especially if they are also giving away something that is relevant to the event, such as a shirt or other merchandise. This can be ebooks, special perks or access or something else that gives value. This can be great if done in conjunction with your event sponsor.
Contests: contests (not for money) are another great way to get people interested in attending an event. You can either have them submit their own work or you can ask people to vote on different entries. The more people who participate, the more likely they are to attend your event because they want to see who wins!
Discounts & Early Bird Pricing: discounts and early bird pricing are both great incentives for potential attendees because it allows them to save money on tickets and gives them an incentive not to procrastinate buying their ticket until later on down the road when they may not have enough extra cash lying around anymore!
Incentives can also be used to encourage people to sign up for your email list or follow you on social media - to follow through on your call to action (CTA).
