How does constant connectivity impact your events?
Your audience is probably spending hours each day connected to the internet,
one way or the other.
Being online probably means your audience will constantly find new, novel
content and events to consume. And therefore, very quickly get bored with the
same old, same old.

get their attention.

see the trends. See what your audience shares online and what they comment on.
For example, if you're a business coach, imagine engaging with your
followers on social media - commenting on their content - engaging in a
meaningful way that adds value for them. They may reply back, and this
continues back and forth. This engagement can continue for days or weeks maybe.
You could think of this engagement as one of your events spread out over a
longer period of time. This allows you to see what's happening online and
learn.
