When conducting your events, you should ensure that the quality of any images and videos that you use during your event, and the sound quality, is high.
Nothing will put the audience off more than poor quality of the delivery of content.
If you are using a presentation deck then you should ensure that any text and images are easily viewed on a smartphone if your event is online.
This requires some preparation beforehand and the more you practice your delivery the better you will do.
Think about doing some test live streams to ensure everything works and to get feedback before doing the real thing.
