Persistent Motivation

Persistent Motivation - ShareYaarNow

Motivation and persistence are key ingredients for success. They are the driving force that keeps you going when things get tough, and can be used to achieve any goal you set for yourself.

In your event marketing, being persistently motivated is especially important to your success. In fact, it can be the difference between being a mediocre marketer and an excellent one.

To succeed in your event marketing you need to be motivated to so that you consistently perform and grow. This requires persistent motivation to put in the effort on a daily basis. There are 2 types of motivation: internal vs external.

Internal motivation comes from within — it’s when you do something because you want to do it or enjoy doing it. This type of motivation is ideal because it drives long-term behavior change and results in long-term rewards (e.g., happiness).

External motivation comes from outside sources — like money or rewards — and can lead to short-term behavior change.

We all know people who are highly motivated one week, but then they lose their motivation the next week. And then they regain it again…and so on. There are many factors that affect our levels of motivation, e.g.: our surroundings, our moods, our goals/objectives/aspirations, the people around us (and what they expect from us), what we do with our time (or how much time we have available).

Persistence is a key to success in any area of life. The ability to keep going despite obstacles and setbacks is an important indicator of success. Persistence is the ability to keep going in spite of obstacles and setbacks. It's an important indicator of success because it takes persistence to finish a task, reach a goal or develop a skill.

It takes persistence to finish a task, reach a goal or develop a skill. Successful people are persistent because they don't give up easily and don't let failures get them down — they learn from their mistakes, adapt and keep moving forward towards their goal.

You can improve your own persistence by learning from others' examples and adopting their attitudes towards failure and setbacks.

Every now and again, we lose the motivation to persist in our effort to improve and grow. Unfortunately, motivation is a fickle beast and it can come and go like the wind.

How you get back your motivation is probably unique to each individual. You can take action on your goals with limited motivation by:

1) Taking small steps. If you're lacking motivation, it's often because your goals are too big or too vague. So instead of trying to tackle the whole project at once, break the task down into smaller steps that are easier to accomplish.

2) Focusing on progress not perfection. When our motivation is low, we often feel like we're not making any progress because our goals seem so far away — but this isn't true! Even if it seems like nothing has changed since yesterday (or last month), small changes matter over time; they add up until they become big changes and there's no better way of celebrating those small wins than by acknowledging them!

3) When you're feeling unmotivated, it's easy to focus on what you haven't done or haven't accomplished yet. But that's not fair or accurate because you've already accomplished a lot! Take a look at where you started from and what you've already achieved. It's amazing how much progress we can make when we're not focusing on how far we still have left to go!
