As an event organizer, you should try to build a team for yourself. And not
necessarily an in-house team.
You need your regular, good quality vendors and suppliers whom you trust to
deliver what is needed - audio-visual equipment, caterers, venues,
photographers, etc.
You need to build relationships with various marketing channels who can
spread the word about your events - bloggers, influencers, podcasters, etc.
It’s much more than simply building a team. It's just as much about building
a community here as it is with building a community around your event audience. In the process, you then, also, become a part of their communities where you learn and grow.
