There are many ways you can interact with your audience between events, for example:
- online via social media,
- email,
- blog,
- online via video or audio chat,
- podcast,
- through your own digital real estate (website/app),
- offline face-to-face, or
- offline traditional media (TV and print).
These create your 'brand footprint' and are 'touch points' for your brand with your audience.
See which work best for your audience. But overall, whichever ways your audience interacts with your brand, it should create a positive vibe.
